  * Implement Http Accept header
    * When sending "text/html" respond with web page
    * When sending "application/json" respond with JSON for specific object
  * Must use the Addressing data model
  * Must not require user authentication for regular use
  * Must require API key issued by MoHUP for use of API

===== Functional requirements =====

  * Must allow search for addresses
  * Must allow display of addresses in a map
  * Must allow display of addresses as JSON
  * Must implement an Open API for address query
