Addressing WIKI

All addressing documentation shall be made available on a WIKI that is editable by designated staff of the permanent addressing organisation in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning

• The WIKI shall be able to run as a Docker container
• The WIKI shall be able to run on a shared hosting server alongside other end-user applications in the addressing system infrastructure
• The WIKI must store content in Markdown format for easy migration to other technologies at a later stage
• The WIKI must enable integration with authentication providers for shared authentication with other applications

• Users must be able to see public information
• It must be possible to log in to see privileged information
• It must be possible to assign groups/roles to users and allow these roles to access specific content
• It must be possible to create new content
• It must be possible to edit existing content
• It must be possible to delete content
• An audit log must be maintained for any edit
• It must be possible to move and rename content pages
• It must be possible to upload and organize media
• It must be possible to replace uploaded media files

Upon completion of the 2024/25 NAS project in July 2025, an instance of Dokuwiki that satisfies the above criteria has been provided by NorthSys Ltd. This shall be transferred to MoHUP by the end of 2025 to server infrastructure commissioned for the project.
